PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 are dispatched on the following business day.
Delivery times
For orders delivered to European Union countries outside Romania, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order volume and the operating times of our courier partners.
Orders are delivered by express courier. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you may receive delivery updates directly from the courier responsible for your shipment.
In any event, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Art. 17 of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

The exact delivery cost is displayed in your cart and during checkout before you place your order and incur any payment obligation.
Payment methods
- Secure online payment through Shopify Payments, using a debit or credit card.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast and convenient payment.
- PayPal for secure online payment through your PayPal account.
Your card or payment details are entered directly into the secure environment of the relevant payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Invoice
We issue an invoice for every order and send it electronically to the email address associated with the order. Please make sure that your billing information is correct before completing your order.

If something is wrong
Please check the condition of the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the transport document where possible or refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you only when you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the parcel, in accordance with Art. 21 of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. Until that moment, the risk remains with us.
