Delivery and return

Orders placed in our system on working days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

Delivery time is 1-2 working days. This may vary depending on the volume of orders received and the delivery times of the courier company Sameday.

The shipping cost is 20 Lei for all orders with values under 400 lei, throughout the entire territory of Romania.

Shipping is FREE for all orders with values over 400 lei, throughout the entire territory of Romania.

For delivery to EU member countries, the shipping cost will be calculated in the cart at checkout.

Product Returns

You can return products FREE OF CHARGE within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receiving the package.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and must not show signs of physical wear or damage.

ATTENTION!!! Return costs will be covered by us only if the return is made through the courier company Sameday, using the Retur Easybox service. (return.sameday.ro/1zero1)

ATTENTION!!! Products with custom sizes and products customized by printing or embroidery cannot be returned!

The refund for the returned products will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form, within no more than 14 days from receiving the returned product.

If you want a different size for the ordered product(s), you can request this within 15 days of receiving the package, with round-trip costs covered by us.

If you want a different product, you need to place a new order for the desired product and return the original product, and we will refund its value within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your package.

Delivery of a product other than the one ordered must be reported immediately. The buyer can request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, they can choose to replace it with another product or receive a full refund. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed upon, the difference will be paid; if the value is lower, a partial refund will be given up to the value of the replacement product.
